What is NEMT dispatch software?

NEMT dispatch software assigns non-emergency medical trips to drivers and vehicles, tracks them live, and records what happened on each ride. Ride Assist combines dispatch with scheduling, the driver app, and billing.

What is the difference between NEMT dispatch and NEMT scheduling software?

Scheduling software books trips and builds routes ahead of time. Dispatch software handles the live day: assigning, reassigning, and tracking vehicles. Ride Assist does both from the same trip record.

How does wheelchair transportation dispatch work in Ride Assist?

Each rider profile stores mobility needs and each vehicle stores its equipment. Ride Assist only offers wheelchair trips to vehicles with a lift or ramp and open securement positions, and adds load time to the schedule.

Can I import trips from brokers?

Yes. Broker trips can be imported into the schedule so dispatchers don’t re-enter them. Tell us which brokers you work with and we’ll confirm on the first call.
