Book in the Ride Assist app or call us. Choose a wheelchair van, add your pickup and drop-off, and pick a time. You can book a one-time ride or a standing schedule, like three dialysis trips a week.
Many medical trips in Los Angeles are covered through Medi-Cal and its transportation brokers. Call us with your plan details and we will tell you what applies before you book.
Your driver meets you at your front door, helps you to the vehicle, secures your wheelchair, and walks you inside at your destination. It is not a curbside drop-off.
