How do I book?

Download the Ride Assist app, add your pickup and drop-off, choose the vehicle type you need, and confirm. You can book for now or schedule ahead, and you can also book by phone.

What vehicles are available?

Wheelchair-accessible vans with a lift or ramp, and standard vehicles for riders who can transfer or walk. You pick the vehicle type when you book, and it is saved to your profile.

Can a caregiver book for me?

Yes. A family member or caregiver can book rides on your behalf from their own app, and follow the ride live until you arrive.
